Delivery times
- Wheel 3 and Wheel 3 Black Edition: we ship in about 1 to 2 weeks.
- Wheel Classic: we ship in about 4 weeks. It's still a new product.

Shipping & costs
We ship to most countries worldwide with FedEx. Within the Netherlands we use PostNL. Enter your address at checkout to see if we ship to you.
Shipping costs depend on your address and the weight of the package. You see the exact amount at checkout, before you pay.
- PostNL (Netherlands): usually 1 to 2 days.
- FedEx (rest of the world): usually 3 to 5 working days.
Changed your address after ordering, and does that cost more? You pay the difference, and we ship once we have the new address.
Taxes & duties
Our prices include Dutch VAT.
Ordering from outside the EU, for example the UK, Switzerland, Norway or the US? Import duties and taxes are not included in the price or the shipping costs. They are set by your country and are usually collected by FedEx on delivery. Our prices are the same everywhere. Questions about import costs? Just email us and we'll see what we can do.
Tracking & damage in transit
When your order ships, you get a tracking number by email (FedEx or PostNL). For this we need a correct and complete address, email address and phone number.
Is your package badly damaged on arrival? Take photos of the box and email us at support@miniot.com. We'll help you with the carrier and the claim, and we make sure you end up with a working Wheel. Also when the carrier caused the damage.
